Here’s a few benchmarks for the RTX 4080 & there’s something you should watch out for as well.
Obviously, these are first party Nvidia benchmarks so as always take them with a grain of salt.
So the really cool thing is that the 4080 16GB is outperforming even the last gens 3090 Ti.
But the 4080 12GB version isn’t outperforming the 3090Ti, in fact it seems to be performing about 30% slower than the 16GB version on average.
Just like you’ll be performing slower if you don’t follow the tech news, so you should really do that right now.
The 16GB & 12GB 4080’s are actually completely different GPUs with different chips & memory speeds.
Which is a very annoying move by Nvidia I mean one of them should’ve been called the 4070 or there should’ve been a Ti version.
