I could eat cranberry sauce year round. It's so easy to make, can, and store on your shelves. Best of all, it's very inexpensive, especially if you get the cranberries when they're on sale.
Cranberry Sauce:
2- 12 oz bags cranberries
2 c brown sugar
2 c white sugar
2 c orange juice (I used the kind not made from concentrate)
Process pints for 15 minutes in hot water bath canner.
