In this video, I discuss the reason behind my purchase of the Atomos Ninja Star (ANS) and how I totally misunderstood the purpose of this product.
The ANS allows users to effectively capture the raw data from their cameras, allowing the user to get the maximum output from their camera via HDMI.
Dependent on your camera, it will wither output in 8 or 10 bit (maybe higher) and allow you to record in either 4:2:2 or 4:4:4.
For more information, please look at my fellow YouTubers who do a much better job.
