Ingredients -
2 cups @twobrothersorganicfarmsindia Khapli Flour (Whole Wheat)
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp @twobrothersorganicfarmsindia Ghee
2-3 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
1/4 tsp Sugar
Water, as required
For the Stuffing -
2 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 cup Paneer, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
2-3 Green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Cumin powder
1-1/2 tsp Anaradana powder/Amchur powder
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Black pepper powder
For topping -
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Black or white sesame seeds, as required
Instructions -
In a big bowl, add Khapli flour, salt, baking soda and ghee. Mix it well. Add in curd, sugar, water and knead a soft fought. Cover with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes to an hour.
Meanwhile, add all the ingredients mentioned for masala in a bowl and mix it well.
After 30 minutes, remove the cloth and knead the dough again. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle. Place the aloo paneer stuffing in between and seal the edges. Top it with coriander leaves, sesame seeds and roll it again into a kulcha. Cook the kulcha as shown in the video. Serve hot with chole or imli pyaar ki chutney.
