korean soybean sprouts ~ 콩나물무침 🌱
You know those soybean sprouts you get for free at the start of your meal at a korean restaurant? They’re one of my favorite side dishes and so so easy to make.
here’s what you’ll need:
salt to season the water
soybean sprouts
sesame seeds
sesame oil
fish sauce
korean red pepper flakes
grated garlic (optional)
There’s no need for measurements for this recipe — just add a little at a time and taste test as you go :)
