Ingredients: (Resize to your needs)
5 c. flour
5 eggs
1 tablespoon sour cream

Mix for an amount of time. Take out of the bowl and knead until smooth and elastic. Form into 6 balls. Cover with a bowl for 15-20 minutes. Run the dough through a pasta roller or roll with a rolling pin until thin. Cut into squares. Place filling in the middle of the square and fold the dough into a triangle, pinching at the sides and leaving no gaps.
