Kineteco Spring Starters sell at list prices that range between £1,000 and £10,000 for bespoke specials (US$1,400 to $14,000). Ex Works UK. All starters are built to order from components source within Europe. Kineteco is increasingly manufacturing many of such components to improve lead times. The lead time for high volume models can be less than one week, specials are likely to have lead times of many months.
One of the most popular applications is as a secondary starter on lifeboats.
