If Tobirama Were Reborn With All His Powers and Abilities, as much as I wanna expect better of him as I did for Madara, I honestly don't see him changing much of his outlook, I mean his reincarnation and participation in the 4th great war would ultimately kinda confirm a lot of his biases and the increased power from the jump could allow him to do things like first and foremost saving Itama while likely moving to wipeout Madara and make it permanent unlike his brother, maybe even attempting to more immediately take and control the reigns of the village before Hashirama with a stricter focus on military strength and isolationism, quite possibly letting his power and ideals corrupt him from self-righteousness, since even the past his hatred for the Uchiha was strong enough to see it be one of his and Hashirama's greatest disagreements, and look where agreeing to disagree got him. However it is still ultimately possible Tobirama has the humility and self awareness to realize just how big a role mindsets and actions like his former ones played in putting the world in peril, meaning he can make a conscious choice to be and do better, like still saving Itama but perhaps sparing his attackers and getting them along with Madara and Hashirama to back a much earlier call for peace, this same tolerance of course being passed down to Tobirama’s students as well
