URINARY BLADDER: Well filled with a regular outline. No intravesical lesion or calculus is seen in the urinary bladder.
UTERUS: Is gravid content two gestational sac. Larger sac CRL measuring 13.29 mm corresponding to 07 weeks 04 days. Fetal cardiac pulsation is Present & Regular. The small sac is empty (Possible blight ovum)
BOTH ADNEXA: Appears Normal
CUL-DE-SAC: No collection of free fluid is seen.
EDD: 29-06-2022 (±) 2 weeks
COMMENT: As per the description
Please repeat USG after 1-2 weeks
