What is an action plan? What is the best way to put an action plan around a goal that you wish to achieve in life?
Benjamin J Harvey discusses how action plans are fairly simple to put together, especially if you follow these steps.

Step 1️⃣: What is it that you truly want to create?
If you want to create an action plan, you need to be clear on what you actually want to create. For instance, you want to lower your body fat by 12% so you can look trim, toned and feel terrific.
Step 2️⃣: Make a timeline
Grab a piece of paper, and on the left-hand side, write the letter A. On the right-hand side of the paper, write the letter B. After that, just simply draw a line from A to B. This line will be your timeline that will ultimately become your action plan.
Step 3️⃣: Brainstorm
Think about each and every single action that you think you may need to take in order to accomplish your goal and write them down.
Step 4️⃣: Organise your list
Organise your list by reducing it down to the smallest number of actions that you need to do to achieve your goal. Cross out or combine actions on your list that are similar.
Step 5️⃣: The first essential step
In this step, ask yourself, “What is the very first essential step that I need to take in order to move towards my outcome?" Once you figure out that initial step, put it right next to the letter A that you wrote. This will become your first essential step in your action plan.
Afterwards, ask yourself that question again, then put the answer next in your timeline. You’ll shortly have a full timeline going from A to B with each and every single step needed in the exact order.
