KC Li trained to be a scientist with a degree in physics, but at 23 he decided to be an artisan baker instead. He now works with his team of bakers in a converted industrial building in Kwai Chung and sells his handmade artisanal bread to restaurants and farmers markets as well as stocking his own cafes.
