Dr. Satvinder Singh Juss, a professor of Law at King’s College London and a practising barrister in the UK is out with a new book on freedom fighter and revolutionary Bhagat Singh. Titled ‘The Execution of Bhagat Singh — legal heresies of the Raj’, the book is a Harper Collins publication and argues that the freedom fighter’s killing was far from just and in fact a travesty of justice. Watch this interview with ThePrint’s Fatima Khan where he reveals details from new documents that shed light on what so has far not been known about Bhagat Singh’s execution 90 years ago on 23 March 1931.
