Nada Yoga is related to Sound Healing. Both incorporate the conscious use of sound, starting with the grosses audible sound and migrating into the subtlest energies which are not heard but only felt, energetically.
When have the emotion of fear we lower our vibration and attract liken energy unto us. When we express love we increase our vibration and attract loving energy to us.
Its though the practise of conscious breathing, sounding (songs, tones, chant) and having a clear intention we can change the vibrational waves of energy we omit out. Raising our energy field and the planets at the same time. The higher vibrations release feel good hormones instead of stress hormones when we experience fear.
The more often we are conscious of using this approach the move mindful we are in the vibration we are sending out in the universe.
