ALWAYS SAY ‘YES’ TO YOUR LIFE. SAY ‘YES’ TO BEING ALIVE. YOU’LL ENJOY LIFE MUCH MORE BY SAYING ‘YES’ THAN SAYING ‘NO’. IT’S A POWERFUL RITUAL. DO IT EVERYDAY. IT’S NOT TO THE PEOPLE YOU SHOULD SAY ‘YES’ ALWAYS BUT TO THE LIFE. IF YOU SAY ‘YESY’ TO LIFE, LIFE ALSO WILL REPLY ‘YES’ TO YOU.
‘NO’ holds on many of our lives and ‘YES’ is the key to breaking it. It is the basic rule of life. Saying ‘YES’ reflects that you are ready to take on the responsibility, you have a GO and you’ll do your best. Conversely, saying ‘NO’ is simply making excuses, pretending to be too busy & perhaps you are not well enough to do it.
Look carefully to your default responses to your life’s invitations for growth. Generally, as we grow in age, we tend to stay in our old routines & comfort zones & more and more, stick to what we know & what we expect. This way, we, are in effect playing it very safe indeed. Once you start saying ‘YES’ MORE to life, the life will change automatically to a very exciting tangent.
As you do so (saying ‘YES’ to life), & open your heart more & it ‘ll draw you more in to the world. The word ‘YES’ although is a simple word, it impacts your life phenomenally. It’ll drive your forward, make your life rich, reward you with new experiences, new possibilities & a new sense of freedom. Try to feel - everything you say ‘YES’ is saying ‘YES’ to you. Even the things you said ‘NO’ is saying ‘YES’ to you. Go on! Dare you! Say ‘YES’ to all part of your life – the parts you like and those you don’t, to all situations, all conditions. Say ‘YES’ to whatever is inside you.
One of the best ways to say ‘YES’ to life is to live in the moment. Most of the time our ambitions & goals are focused on the faraway finish line & we stop the spirit to focus on the present. By saying ‘YES’, you rekindle your life & celebrate the life that you already have rather than the one you want. With small changes, you can say ‘YES’ to life & be more present every day. If you got my message, say ‘YES’ to life.
