Darjeeling WhiteTea:
Darjeeling White tea is made from the very young, unfurled leaf tips of Camellia sinensis. The delicate young leaves and buds are covered with soft, silvery-white hair. White teas are generally uncured in the style of green teas and are similarly very low in caffeine.
Drinking Darjeeling tea every day will help to block the absorption of these harmful cholesterols and also the standardize our sugar level.

How to make ?
1. Boil fresh water in a teapot.
2. If you have the white Darjeeling tea, heat water to 80-85C.
Add one teaspoon for each cup into the teapot.
3. If you are making an 8 oz cup, then add around 3gm of tea.
4. Pour hot water into the teapot.
5. Steep it for 3 minutes.
6. Take out the infuser.
7. Your tea is ready to drink.
