This 6.25 minutes megamix was taken from their 1999 album [20th Century Hits].
It's simple, SUPER easy and yet fun.
I remembered I was invited to conduct fitness sessions with a government group weekly in the year 2000. I was told they couldn't do much BIG movement (which means, no high impact).
Then i choreographed this megamix with mostly stationed movements (hardly legs moving at all).
Later of that year, I was introduced to wheel chair bounded group to do this song as their weekly exercise. And they loved it.
Year 2020, we still use this song (also for toning, adding light weights on arms) once in a while in our classes.
