Today we are going to make Crispy Corn Kachori, during the monsoon season sweet corns are easily available in market and we make so many dishes with the using it. Kachori is the famous street food and also serve as a chaat platter. We make many types of kachori like Lilvani Kachori - Suki Dry kachori - Green peas kachori - khasta kachori - urad dal kachori - sweet mawa kachori etc. but this is the unique and different kachori recipe so must try it at home and don't forget to give your valuable feedback.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 12-13 Kachori (12 થી 13 નંગ કચોરી બનાવવા માટે)
1 Cup All purpose flour (Maida) (ચાળેલો મેંદો)
1 tsp Ghee (For Moyan) (મોણ માટે ઘી)
As required Chilled Water (For knead the dough) (ઠંડુ પાણી)
2 Cup Fresh Sweet Corn (ફ્રેશ અમેરિકન મકાઈનાં દાણા)
4-5 Green Chillies (લીલા મરચાં)
3 inches Fresh Ginger (છોલીને સમારેલું આદુ)
2 tbsp Refined Oil (For Tempering) (વઘાર માટે તેલ)
Pinch of Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (સૂકી વરિયાળી)
1 tsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1 tbsp Raisins (કિશમિશ)
1 tbsp Cashew Nuts (કાજુનાં ટુકડા)
3 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut (ફ્રેશ કોપરાનું ખમણ)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
3 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves (ફ્રેશ સમારેલી કોથમીર)
As required Refined Oil (For Deep fry) (તળવા માટે તેલ)
Serve it with Green Chutney / Sweet Chutney / Tomato Sauce (સર્વ કરવા માટે ગ્રીન તીખી ચટણી / ખજૂર આમલીની મીઠી ચટણી / ટોમેટો કેચઅપ)
