Shisui Uchiha is without a doubt one of my favorite characters in Storm Connections. He pretty much got everything that makes a great character. He got the speed, the neutral, ranged attacks, jutsu cancels, a way to stop rush attacks and more! The combo potential with Shisui is insane and I will showcase some of them in todays video.

Shisui has two primary jutsus in his arsenal and they are both unique in their properties. His first jutsu is a ranged melee attack that allows him to send clones towards your opponent. If the attack from these clones hit your opponent they will be in a crumbling state. On hit you have two options; you could walk towards your opponent during this state and continue your combo. This is the most optimal way to avoid any assist calls that may appear on the field, because you still have perfect control over your character. The second thing you can do is press the action button once more to teleport to the positions of your clones to have a guarenteed combo extension. This is a very good jutsu to control neutral with and can even catch jumping opponents.

His second jutsu is a projectile that sends three fire slashes towards your opponent. The unique part of this jutsu is that you can decide how many you would like to send out by pressing the action button to the corresponding amount of slashes. This is also great for neutral, because the first slash is relatively safe at close range. Sending more than one slash at close range could lead to a punish if you don’t have the correct timing with your follow-up slashes. This jutsu has decent tracking and with a little camera manipulation (switch tech) it is very hard to dodge since it also goes in a diagonal motion sometimes. This jutsu allows for excellent pressure on your opponent just like his first jutsu. If you have excellent movement control and fake your dashes at the right moment, you will almost never get parried as Shisui.

Overall, this character is amazing and has a lot of strong tools in his arsenal to play with, both as a point character and as an assist. Check him out if you haven’t already!
