The Mk7 Fiesta ST was a real firecracker, and it's safe to say it took the hot hatch world by storm. Not was it the best car in its class, but it's arguably one of the best hot hatches of all time. The old ST as we know it dead now, and its successor looks a bit limp to begin with.
It's engine has shrunk, it's not as aggressive looking as before, and it could well be confused with an ST-Line. Oh dear, things aren't looking good. Is the ST able to keep hold of its small hot hatch crown, or is it about to give up its mantle? Watch the Car Obsession review to find out.
The model tested here is the ST-3, meaning you get a lot of kit as standard, but this model has optional goodies such as the Ford Performance Blue paint, B&O Play sound system, and most importantly, the Performance Pack.
