Create your own Scrambled Tofu & Mushrooms:
- Olive Oil
- ½ Onion
- 450g crumbed Firm Tofu
- 1 tsp of Turmeric, Salt & Paprika
- 100ml Soy Milk
- ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 cup of melting Cheese
For the Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- ½ Onion
- 2 cups Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Salt & All Purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Syrup
- 1 tsp Corn Starch mix w 1tsp Water
