What was supposed to be a sort of "fundraiser" for the anti-immigration bill proposed by Rep. Metcalf turned into a rally from both sides of the political spectrum. All that stood between protesters were a few officers and 9th street in South Philadelphia. Tempers flared for about three hours between the two groups of people.
