One of the first questions a new rider asks is "What gear do I need to ride a motorcycle?". It's a question that has as many answers as riders, but a common suggestion is ATGATT; All The Gear, All The Time. What do those six words actually mean though? And is that the correct way to assess the amount of gear you need before hopping on your motorcycle?
