If you are a Mozilla Firefox user, you have most likely noticed that when you type in a search term in the address bar that it will give you suggestions as well as show your search history. It will even show you Firefox suggestions as well. You can even change the order of how suggestions and history are shown using the show search suggestions ahead of browsing history in address bar results checkbox.

If you need to adjust or disable these search suggestions, then you will need to do so from the settings under Search as well as under Privacy & Security.
