Ingredients:
1/3 cup Sugar (75 g/ 6 tbsp)
3 Cardamom
pinch of Salt
pinch of Baking soda
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Ghee (1 tbsp less than 1/2 cup) (100g)
Divide into 12 and Bake at 300 F / 150 C for 18 min
