Radhey Group is running a pre launch campaign announcing that it is going to build thirteen towers in Radhey Panorama on about twenty acres in Osman Nagar near Tellapur. The total number of flats in this area is about three thousand. The company is promoting that it will build this project next to Aparna Cyber Heights. It is trying to take photos of foreign cities from the internet and put them in brochures to lure the middle-class public.
* Radhe has announced pre-launch offers for two towers in the project Panorama. It has been announced that those who book the first fifty flats will have to pay only Rs. 4200 per square ft. This opportunity is only for those who book flats within 10 floors.
They have constructed only two villa projects. However, a project called Sky is visible on the company’s website, but when you click on it, the website will redirect the user to Cloudwood Constructions. Now, the point is, Radhe Group, which has no experience in building even a single multi-storied building so far, has announced plans to build a 32-storey skyscraper, and that too has announced pre-launch offers without RERA permission. If everything is linked together, this looks like a scam. Buying pre-launch from such companies that do not have much experience in the construction of multi-storied buildings and skyscrapers seems impractical.
