The FreeXion Tether has been designed with a loop for connecting a carabiner and adding extra friction for rescue purposes, for example (only with the Sphinx pulley). The shape of the FreeXion has been developed to make it easy to switch from SRT to DRT work. The FreeXion then becomes your knot pusher, so there's no need to disconnect your system.
