pliers can be found on ebay - just type "vaillant diverter valve pliers" or "vaillant diverter removal tool". Similar kit found on buycombi.com (both work well)
Some kits come with a new cartridge... always check you're buying the right replacement.... if in doubt call vaillant and ask for a part number.
If your leak is from the housing then the whole housing will need to be replaced... but more often than not it's the cartridge in my experience. replacing the housing is a bigger job and I'll post a video when I get round to it.
prices given are just in my experience.... and vary depending upon area of the country/person doing the repair.
Always "lube it up" - a bit of lube makes life easier.... (insert joke here...)
Video posted in good faith and intended to help people - this is the way I do it, others will have different methods. As long as it works then who cares... constuctive criticism is always welcome - keyboard warriors not so much.
