Our shoulder blades often need encouraging to move more.
In this short arm spiral sequence taken from Gary Ward’s Anatomy in Motion work we can work on the shoulder rotators and really get those shoulder blades moving.
If you don’t feel much movement in the shoulder blades to start with, keep practicing...it will come.
Only work in a range that is painfree and to a point where you are getting your best movement.
Less is more.
