Lucy Boynton and Kelvin Harris Jr. talk about bringing a true story of composer and violinist Joseph Bologne who defied odds and rose through the ranks of French society to the big screen. Harris says his father, who is a classical music teacher, helped him learn to play the violin. “We came up with a system, 5 months, 7 days a week, 6 hours a day,” he says.
