Broccoli stir fry is a healthy and nutritious recipe where the broccoli is stir fried on high heat along with other veggies.

Ingredients Required :
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Adrak/ Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch
Lasun/ Garlic cloves (finely chopped0 - 1 tbsp
Hari mirch/ Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 nos.
Pyaaz/ Onion (cubed) - 1/2 cup
Gajar/ Carrot (cubed) - 1/2 cup
Red capsicum (cubed) - 1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum (cubed) - 1/2 cup
Green capsicum (cubed) - 1/2 cup
Broccoli - 250 gms.
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/ Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Nimbu/ Lime juice - 1 tsp
Namak/ Salt as per taste
