Ingridients:
1/2 Kg Moghrabieh Paste
100 Grams Chick Peas (dry)
400 Grams Small Onions
To Cook The Chicken:
Carrot 1
Bay Leaves 2
Cinamon Stick 1 or 1 ml of Grounded Cinamon
To Cook The Moghrabieh Paste:
Boiling Water and after bliking them and that they are done we drain them and we add 1 ml of Grounded Cravi and Grounded Cinamon
The Sauce:
30 Gr Butter
30 Gr Flour
3 Gr Black Pepper
6 Grams Cravi
Salt as you wish
