RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin claims there have been "positive shifts" in talks with Ukraine.
The Russian leader joined Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to discuss the conflict in Ukraine, on what is the fifteenth consecutive day since the invasion began.
Putin explained that talks with Ukrainian counterparts were 'happening daily,' however there have yet been any signs of deescalation.
