Could buying a house now actually be the sensible thing, IF it's a goal of yours? Even despite the general markets not being favourable to buyers, with prices rising, interest rates getting higher each month and wages not keeping up and my stance that we are in for some more pain - we must at least ponder the idea that I could be SO WRONG! So therefore we need to ask ourselves the question of whether it's time to seriously consider buying now, rather than waiting and risking even higher prices in the future making it even more difficult to buy a property!
