This is yoga you can do anywhere! If you don't have a mat or you can't put your hands on the ground, this is the perfect stretch and flow practice for you. This second version is 10 minutes and the first version is 5 minutes (published a week before this video). The poses are simple and we include all of the following: forward folds, standing backbend, side stretch, twist, strengthening and stretching the lower body and opening the chest and shoulders. Enjoy your practice!
