Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition is Dr. Campbell's new book. It's even bolder than The China Study, and tells us how misguided much nutrition research is; and why the right dietary advice is still not being promoted and why it won't be any time soon. While the book is easily readable by people without scientific and medical training, I've been asked to summarize the important points to make the material more useable. We'll spend the next few sessions on this amazing book!
