The LG 25UB55-B is a compact 25-inch display. Priced at around £180, it’s definitely aimed at those looking to get in on the UltraWide standard with a smaller budget. I have no doubt that UltraWide displays give an even more immersive experience in games that support 21:9 ratios, but is the trade-off of a wider display rather than a larger one really worth it?
I like the overall design of the LG 25UB55-B. It’s not as impressive as the 34UM95, but it looks and feels well-constructed and solid. The bezel around the edges is just over 1cm, so wouldn’t get in the way if you were to have a multi-display setup, and has a matt finish, which I much prefer to my LG 29UB65-P’s glossy coating...
