Executive Director for Doctors Without Borders, Joe Belliveau, called for a sustained ceasefire in Gaza saying the humanitarian crisis reached catastrophic proportions.
Speaking at Canada's Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Belliveau said the crisis in Gaza stretches beyond what humanitarian aid can fix.
