This is episode three of a DIY, non-kit, electric motorized bicycle build. The basis for this build is a scrapped 24" mountain bike and an old 250 watt electric scooter motor. In this episode, I sand down an old sprocket from a rear axle on a go kart, center it with electrical tape, and then weld it on to a smaller sprocket with a 5/8" bore to fit the jackshaft which will be used for the gear reduction on this build.
