It has become quite easy to speak of the greatness of Ethiopia, especially how Ethiopia was not colonized. But not much has been said or shown about the great sacrifice that the people of Ethiopia had to pay to gain freedom from foreign control and occupation of their land. Afrika truly has endured much and suffered much - and her great courage in overcoming hurdle after hurdle needs to be appreciated, even as we dig in to press for greater liberty, for the sake of the next generation.
