multiple shortcuts are available where you can directly add your purchase bill/invoice,
customers, expenses etc… multiple business reports can check in bottom of the dashboard. Here

So if you have an Electronic shop, computer and cctv camera shop or Mobile shop so you can
manage your inventory through serial number with IEMI functionality with multiple business
reports. You can do it step by step so let’s get started……
STEP 1- HOW TO ENABLE SERIAL NUMBER –
To enable serial number you need to click on settings in general there is an option of inventory
identifier in dropdown you need to select serial number and if you have business of mobile shop
they you can enable IMEI option and can also manage warranty management by enabling that
option.
After enabling available serials you can check available serial numbers at time of billing and
through same serial no. option you can set multiple options here.
STEP 2- HOW TO ADD AN ITEM-
Through master you can add your product details like product name, purchase price, sale price,
MRP, unit, opening stock, HSN code, Gst rates, with that can add serial no. and warranty period
and needs to enable print serial no. and enable tracking option in product settings.
STEP 3- HOW TO SERIAL NO. OF OPENING STOCK-
If you have opening stock and you want to add serial no. you can add through stock adjustment
where you can IMEI also of an item. If you want to add serial no. through scanning that option is
also their.
STEP 4- HOW TO ADD SERIAL NO. OF STOCK-
If you have purchased an item and added purchase bill so through purchase bill can add serial no.
and IEMI of an item.
STEP 5- HOW TO ADD SERIAL NO. IN INVOICE AND HOW IT PRINT IN INVOICE-
While making an invoice through item tag you can insert serial no. and add that item and you
also check serial no. while clicking on item name if you enabled available serial no. option in
settings it will show all available serial no. then you can item in invoice and save and print you
will get a preview of an invoice including serial no. IEMI with warranty.
STEP 5- REPORTS-
So in reports while selecting inventory there is an option for available serial no. there you can
check available serials numbers which are remain for sale.
You can also check reports for near expiry warranty items click on settings select sales and there
need to select near expiry warranty items where you can check report.
STEP 6- TRACKING SERIAL NO. THROUGH DASHBOARD-
On dashboard there is an option for quick search while selecting on serial no. you can check the
status of serial no. of an item.
