As we move through each asana together, I invite you to release any judgment or resistance you might be holding. Tune into your breath, listen to your body’s unique story, and trust that every sensation and emotion you feel is a valuable part of your journey. With each exhale, let go of tension and expectations, creating room for inner peace and self-compassion.
Remember, in this moment, you are perfect and whole, exactly as you are meant to be.
