The Senate Committee on Public Services begins its inquiry on ABS-CBN amid controversies hounding the network. On the agenda -- a look at the network's compliance with its franchise agreement as ABS-CBN is accused of possible violations cited by the Solicitor General in his quo warranto petition against the network. The Senate hearing will also tackle the possible extension of the current franchise which is set to expire next month.
