🇬🇾Guyanese Mango Sour Recipe 🥭
Ingredients:
* 6 green mango
* 1 whole garlic peeled
* 4 wiri wiri pepper
* 3 scotch bonnet pepper
* 3 cups water
* 1-2tbsp Salt (to taste)
* 1/2 cup vinegar
* 1 tBSP Bertie’s pepper sauce
Recipe:
1. Start by washing all produce. Cut 6 mangoes into thinly sliced pieces about 1 inch thickness.
2. Add mango, garlic, pepper to a large pot with 3 cups of water. Boil on low heat until mango is fork tender and easily breaks apart
3. Combine the above into a food processor with 1/2 cup vinegar. Blend until smooth.
4. Add 1-2 tbsp salt to taste and pepper sauce for additional color/spice level. Adjust to your liking
