Today's special Traditional Bengali Recipe Chingri Mach Bata or Bangladeshi Chingri macher Bhorta. It is very tasty and easy to cook Bengali Ranna.
Ingredinets:
Kucho Chingri / Prawn: 200 Gm
Mustard Oil - 1 Tbsp
Black Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Slitted Green Chilli
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Methods of how to make Kucho chingri bata:
1. At first heat up a kadai and add 1 tbsp. Mustard Oil.
2. When the oil heats up add 1/2 tsp Black Cumin.
3. Stir little bit and add 1 tbsp. Chopped Garlic (7-8 cloves).
4. Fry the garlic for 30 secs.
5. Now add 3 Chopped Green Chillies (as per taste). Fry for 1 mins.
6. Turn the flame to low and add 200 gm Kucho Chingri (clean first).
7. Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste). Fry on medium flame for few more mins.
8. Fry for 4-5 mins on medium flame, it's completely dry.
9. Turn off your oven and let it cool down for 5 mins.
10. After 5 mins put it in a small blender jar and make a smooth paste.
11. You can also use a Stone Spice Grinder.
12. Today's recipe Kucho Chingri Bata is ready.
