Since their initial flagship shop in the West Village, Kristen has built her own team and launched pop-up shops in Mets Stadium, Chicago Navy Pier and a Time Out Market in Brooklyn. With both online sales and storefronts, DŌ is delivering that nostalgic feeling of sneaking a taste from the mixing bowl when we were kids. Kristen shares how she went from designer to cookie dough master, the process of expanding her business and what she would change if she could do it all again.
