With the price of beef skyrocketing we need to find alternatives. This beef blade cut was only $25- $30 at Costco.

Recipe:
- smoke at 200-250 f for 3-4 hours until you get a nice crust
- cut into cubes
- add your fav bbq sauce
- add butter
- add honey/agave for making it sticky
- bake in the oven 250 - 300 covered in foil till it’s sticky (45min -1 hour)
- can bake uncovered for a few min to help the sauce get stickier


Voila brisket burnt ends without the cost of a brisket
