This has been a family favorite for a long time. Simple, fast and easy appetizer on any BBQ. This is very well know in Brazil and I make this all the time for my family and guest. Hope you enjoy this awesome recipe.

1.5 lbs Ground Beef 20%fat, 80%lean
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Organic Thyme
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
