My Life Slow Living In Scotland

Welcome to another slow living video where I share a little of my life in Scotland, particularly the ways that slow living has shaped and influenced my life and the way that I live. The last year or two has been a whirlwind for us all so, as we emerge (somewhat tentatively in my case) out of the pandemic, I wanted to take the opportunity to process the time and the slow living journey I have taken. Upon the backdrop of a beautiful waterfall in a local Scottish park, blending and brewing a fresh pot of rosehip and lemon balm tea, and spending time on wedding planning, this video shares what my life in Scotland has been like for the past wee while, the changes in my life, and how slowing down has helped me to focus on my faith. I hope that this depiction of my life slow living in Scotland brings you peace, inspiration, and a sense of calm.
