3/4 cup Milk
2 Tablespoon Water
2 1/2 teaspoon Active Dry yeast
2 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup Shortening
1/4 cup Ube spread
2 teaspoon Ube Essence (ube Flavour)
GLAZE
1 teaspoon Ube Essence ( ube flavour)
1 1/2 cup Confectioners sugar
1/4 cup Milk
2 Tablespoon Corn syrup
