If you running RDR2 at 1080p the image can be kinda blurry even at max settings. You can use resolution scale, but that will eat all of your FPS, or you can use this simple reshade preset and have a nice clear and crisp image, without losing almost any FPS.

You can make similar results with in game TAA sharpening, but I think that the combination of TAA and reshade preset looks the best. But its a matter of personal taste I guess.

It is a small difference, but when you try it in game you will notice it since it has much bigger impact in game.
